My self bibekananda chanda i was using bsnl prepad sim card, mob no [protected] suddenly my sim card network problem and now it is deactivation. Due to not recharge in this time. I got a new replace sim of BSNL it's been 3 days and the sim is not activated yet, they told me it get activated in 24 hours but still not and there customer care is also not reachable.
