Complaint marked as Resolved As per my conversation with support executive on 1505 UPC was in process for the day when Port request was sent and they asked me to wait for 24 hours and neglect could not be processed message.
I tried again next day at 5:00 AM and received UPC code at the same time.
Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
