Dear sir, Please reactivate my old and first connection of bsnl excel no.[protected] It was deactivated due to nonusase. Now this no. Is deactivated but i want to use this no. Again I request you to reactivate this mobile number. Please reactivate or inform process for the same. I hope that my complaint will resolved by you. I shall be obliged forever. i done the recharge for my bsnl DATA plan of 98/-
but the amount was deduced from my bank account but recharge was not done
but the page of success notification at the end of transaction details also shown
so expecting to refund my amount as early as possible before feeling inconvenience
