I have registered same complaint on bsnl portal, still no action taken. Complaint no.- [protected]. This complaint was registered on 13/sep/2020. Complaint is mentioned as follows. My installation of bsnl broadband has been done on 5/sep/2020. And i received bill from 21/aug/2020 to 31/aug/2020. Without installation of bsnl ftth, i received this bill.
