I am prepaid customer bsnl ap region my mobile no is [protected] i was using internet as i have data pack but there was no confirmation of data pack expired i have not received message regarding the exhaust of data. Main balance of rs 22 has been deducted please return my balance which was dedcucted unnecessary if my data pack finished u should have mentioned so that i can buy new data pack without information balance of 22rs was cut please see the issue

Updated by Ramchandra Lohit please solve the issue refund my balance which was deducted unnecessary please government services cheating this is unfair very bad please solve my issue soon
