I had already submitted a complaint few months back but didn't get any response so sending again.
Hello dear, I recharge a wrong plan on my bsnl number [protected] with plan 1498 which was supposed to be done with 1499 plan. This happened because of the confusion as these numbers are to close and I don't know what to do now. Can you please help me to get this resolve. Thank you. 👀
