Hi,
We are using the land-line number [protected] for so many years. V demolished our old house and reconstructed it. During the course of time, v not used the phone, but paid the bill online. Can't surrender of gave for transfer coz the subscriber (My brother) is in kenya. Even i'm in kenya. As parents can't run around for the transfer, v decided to keep it idle. Now i request u to reconnect the connection as the house has been constructed and my parents shifted to the new house. Address is same as registered in the number.

It's almost 2 weeks now after lodging the complaint. So far no reply or any steps taken by the department. Minimum bill Amount is getting deducted from my credit card. Still how long it will take to give the connection. Pls do the needful...
