I am one of the bsnl mobile postpaid customer for morethan a decade. there is no issues arose regarding the bills till Jan'2022. For the last two years, my billed amount was around Rs. 275 mark only. But for the Feb'2022 month bill, recurring charges of Rs.998 was levied. i have used my bsnl postpaid mobile for voice calls only. i was not chose any extra subscription for that connection.
Suppose if the postpaid plan tariffs modified, then how do they intend that plan to customers without any confirmation obtained from a postpaid customer. So recurring charges levied is not acceptable.
So, i register a complaint here against BSNL for leving recurring charge for my postpaid connection. Resolve my issues immediately. thanking you
