This is with regards to the disconnected Landline number[protected] and Billing Account number- [protected], I requested the commercial officer of Kodambakkam BSNL office to proceed with disconnection of my landline connection with a written request letter on 26/04/2021 and when I checked about my security deposit amount, the officer denied that there is no such amount that would be refunded back. And the best part is, they do not have any entry in their database.
Called up the customer care and they confirmed that the security deposit amount is not updated in the system.
I would like to know if they provided me the connection free of cost or BSNL have found new way of cheating customers?
From the BSNL website, it clearly says that the security amount for new landline connection would be Rs500 for Local+STD.
Can BSNL explain what happened to the deposit amount I paid during new connection request? Was this information helpful? |
