Sir, This is nazeer hussain, age 82 years, r/o old malakpet, hyderabad, telangana would like to bring to your kind notice that i have surrendered my bsnl landline phone with no.[protected] on 4th july 2017. I was told that i will get the refund of deposit in my account. Till date i didnot received any amount. I cant go around the office to collect my deposit refund. i recharge my bsnl prepaid mobile number [protected] the aumont of rs 429 at retailer number [protected] 12.12.2017 but i am now in kerala so we need roaming or talktime facility. now working in kerala. my mobile number the above triff plan is now not working
so we need reasonable solution .
