Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — refund for my broadband connection pending | |||
I have surrendered my bsnl broadband connection almost a year back. But i am yet to receive my refund amount. When i contacted them they said it has been under process. The same process is going on for almost a year now. It's not only me two of my friends are also facing the same issue. Just forget it. I surrendered my telephone line 2 years back and I still have not received the refund. BSNL does not pay refund at all.

Yeah it's a big scam I guess.Nobody gets there security deposit.
