I'm using BSNL FTTH. My landline[protected].
I paid my October, 2021 bill online using their portal and due to some technical failure, the page was showing up an error. But the money was deducted from my account and I could see the payment on the site being listed with the reference number: ERDFTWPY[protected] made on October-19, 2021. I saw the payment being reversed on Nov 3rd, 2021 with reference number: ERDFTWPY[protected].
I've not got the reversal money yet. And I've made double payment this month which is successful. I've raised a complaint on the selfcare bsnl portal, sent email to them, and tried their toll free number which is not working currently. Not sure how this could be resolved.
