I have surrendered my landline no.22294496 and sent a request for refund. I have received telephone bill via mail. The bill no. Is szdtn[protected] dated 1.9.17 indicating that a s um of rs.4632 is due to me. Ihave received a refund of rs.2744 on 28.9.17. But so far i have not received the balance amount of rs.1888/- pl. Arrange for the refund of rs.1888/- early.

I am unable send sms to any of my friends but I can send sms to customer care services what's the reason for this?
I can even get sms from other but I just can't send a reply
