Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — refund of security deposit acc no - [protected]

I am the resident of vasai road, palghar - maharashtra. We had cancelled our landline no.[protected]Account no - [protected]) on[protected]. The bsnl employee's behaviour towards us was very irresponsible and rude regarding bank account details. She also threatened to us that "i will see to it that you won't receive your security deposit" and it is happening as said. As per your terms deposit is to be refunded with 60 days from the date of cancellation. Its was informed to us by the kalyan head office that our line is disconnected. It is now more than 60 days we haven't received our deposit. Requesting you all to look into this matter. Its not the matter of rs.2000 its the matter of my country's pride that we trust our people and goverment of india. Thank you
