Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — refund of security deposit on surrendering landline telephone number 2551795

Dear sir,
I would like to inform you that i have surrendered my landline telephone number -2551795 since long. Inspite of my several requests and persuasions my security deposit amount haven't yet been refunded.
I have also registered my complaints to your customer service on 17/06/2018. But no response yet.
So, i ll request you kindly look into the above facts and resolve the issue at an early date.
I hope you ll realise the abnormal delay caused by you and take early action as deemed proper.
