I applied for the refund of my mobile number [protected] in August 2020. I got response from your office on 09.05.2022 vide letter no. ASR/TR/ CMTS/REFUND/492 dt 02.05.2022 through which particulars of my bank account were required for issue of said refund of Rs2213/- by email. I sent my bank particulars on the same day by mail as required.
There after I received telephone call from Account officer Mr Durgesh who told me that my cheque is ready. I requested him to send it by registered post as i was not feeling well at that time. He replied in positive and nothing more was uttered by him.
I want to inform you that till today i have not received that cheque.Two years have already lapsed. Today when i contacted Mr Durgesh on phone his reply was that what can I do, we have sent cheque by simple post, we do not have funds for registries.
I request you to look into the matter and solve the matter. I am a attaching herewith some screen shoots of my earlier emails. If no positive response received I will have to knock the door of Consumer Court since the matter over delayed and being a senior citizen I am being harrassed for the last two years.
