I surrendered my tele no in jan 08. 2019 on surrendering i filled up a form regarding the place where to the refund and i gave my home address & bank detail, pass book xerox & cheque also
After three months when i enquired about my refund, bsnl replied that they've already send the document to be send cash & itsverified & approved the amount doc no. [protected], [protected]
Still i did not get the refund amount pls sir its hamble request to you
Help me out to get refund amount

ID [protected]. This recharge was on wrong mobile No. [protected] instead of [protected]. Please do the needful to adjust amount of RS 110 with SIM No. [protected].
