Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — regarding deactivation of hungama plans | |
BSNL hungama plan has been activated on my landline number few days ago without my consent. I do not want this plan anymore. I want to deactivate this BSNL hungama plan as soon as possible. My land line number is[protected]. Just now I called to the Customer care no [protected], but the number is not responding. So I am sending you this mail. I am having a BSNL KERALA sim, I was not using that for a while and there was no balance in that too.I recharged that sim few days before but now outgoing calls and messages aren't working, it is showing error 38.Is there any way to fix this?
