Dear sir, This with reference to landline no[protected] name annamma joy address jasmine 439, new minal jk road, bhopal That here we want to cut off the landline as well as the internet connection as on from today itself 07.02.2017 please. For this there would not be any other letter of communication. And would kindly request yourself to adjust outstanding bill with the security deposit. Also with regard to our bsnl landline no[protected], we would like to say that we were facing severe problem with our landline phone and also the internet connection was not working for the last 2 weeks ie 15 days. Even after logging call repeatedly there was no response either from the technical side nor from the landline authorities. I have lost my sim. I got new sim from bsnl office osmanabad but it is not activate. I attach apolice compain copy and aadhar card with application form. I paid Rs 20 for new sim. i want same number of sim (i.e. [protected])
