I beg to state that i have recharged my mobile phone (No. :- [protected]) for increase balance of rs. 220.00 by topup at retail shop (Mobile phone no. :- [protected]), at :- 80 feet road, p. O. :- veraval, dist. :- gir - somnath, (Gujarat), pin code :- 362265 on dated 29.01.2018 at 12:20:54 pm (Ref. No. :- [protected]).
At this time, the bsnl giving offer on topup, recharge rs. 190.00 for balance of rs. 220.00.
But, the retail shopkeeper (Mobile phone no. :- [protected]), at :- 80 feet road, p. O. :- veraval, dist. :- gir - somnath, (Gujarat), pin code :- 362265 on dated 29.01.2018 at 12:20:37 take rs. 220.00.
The retail shopkeeper, at :- 80 feet road, p. O. :- veraval, dist. :- gir - somnath, (Gujarat), pin code :- 362265 has take rs. 30.00 more from me.
I have no fault.
This was the mistake of the retail shopkeeper (Mobile phone no. :- [protected]), at :- 80 feet road, p. O. :- veraval, dist. :- gir - somnath, (Gujarat), pin code :- 362265 on dated 29.01.2018 at 12:20:37.
I have complained this matter to the bsnl customer care gujarat on dated 30.01.2018, 31.01.2018, 02.02.2018, 10.02.2018.
But, bsnl customer care gujarat has not take any action to refund me rs.30.00 (Rs. Thirty) only.
Kindly, take necessary action from your end to refund me rs.30.00 (Rs. Thirty) as early as possible.
