My broad band connection is not fulfilling my need due to the state of out of order. Please vide my complaints bearing no.[protected] dated 19/06/2017, no.[protected] dated 30/06/17, no.[protected] dated 30/06/2017, no.[protected] dated 21/07/207. No.[protected] dated 27/07/2017, no.[protected] dated 05/08/2017.
Your department is sending message of resolving the fault without repairing the same. Therefore, i want to disconnect the broad band service without affecting the land line telephone number.
