I had sent the email to [protected]@bsnl.co.in, reporting the complaint to reimburse the amount for the service not provided due to the mistake of BSNL.

landline was not working for more than 16 May 2019 to 31-May 2019

They even did not reply and in the customer care centre, they never bothered to listen to the complaint.

Kindly take serious action so that I can get the reimbursement and another customer may not suffer like me.

My Land Line[protected] was dead for the past 12 days and in between was on for one day and again it is dead
