Sir,
I, goutam mukherjee of chinsurah have submitted along with all required documents etc. To the accounts officer (Tr), bsnl, chandannagar, barabazar, g. T. Road. Hooghly on dated 04/01/2019 as i have surrendered my telephone (Land line no.[protected] but till date no such amount have refunded to my account. My accounts details also submitted along with my application. I am requesting please do needful regrading the said matter.
