Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — rs.20 deducted for service videos without consent | |
A debit of rs 20 has occurred from my bsnl prepaid account on[protected] towards video service (51008) without me subscribing. The screenshot of the message, i received soon after the amount got deducted, is attached below. The customer care personnel appeared clueless about this incident, which in fact occurred to several bsnl users, and conveyed that they could do nothing about it. Kindly look into the issue and refund the amount at the earliest possible Was this information helpful? | |
