Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — security deposit not refunded even after more than 1 year after closing the connection

Dear sir/madam,

I had closed my bsnl connection last year and it has been more than a year since i closed the connection and i haven't received the security deposit refund yet.

It is really unethical to keep our deposit for such a long time and multiple request for refund of deposit amount has failed.

I am providing the details of my closed connection
