I am regd on selfcare portal for my ll[protected].in past i could login to the portal and change the tariff plans for my broadband connxn but not the portal says to contact nearest csr to avail this facility.
Kindly let me know why it has been withdrawn and want to have this facility working so that i can change my bb plans as and when required without going to bsnl office everytime
