On 16/11/2019 at 08-40am done the recharge of rs-22 on mobikwi for bsnl 3g/4g data package for 5 days. But service not stated till date and time. Customer care mobikwick escaped by saying payment successful through transaction no - [protected]. On making inquiry at bsnl mobile customer care with mobikwick transaction no - [protected], they reply we are not responsible for any transaction online by private payment company. Now at one side mobikwick says we are right and bsnl says we are right. Now as a layman i request you what should i do?? I can not fight with giant group like mobikwick or government entrprise like bsnl. Do the needful
