Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — several time informed about bsnl connection is not working to kalputtur, katpadi.

I have informed the about internet connection several time past six months not working nearing to katpadi, kalputhur area. Bsnl office. I dont like tell this that that but check about my usage i am not satisfied about internet connection please kindly cancel the internet conncection.
