I requested for shifting of my landline from jalahalli, bangalore exchange to peenya, bangalore exchange. I had to visit the bsnl office personally for shfting. I got the new number as well. However connection not completed. Official does not know who the lineman is for my area. Official was very rude with me while talking (That too on mobile after trying repeatedly). So many times official will not pick the mobile phone.
