People are not able to call me and i cant make any calls due to network problem most of the times... Dont even get any messages and even otp also getting after couple of hours. Have raised 3 complaints so far but no proper respons from bsnl support team. Andhra bsnl team saying as i am staying currently in pune they cant help. Pune support team said as sim belong to andhra i need to connect with andhra support team. Can you please allow me to change my network through port or please resolve my issue asap. [protected] - is the number which i have recently converted from jio to bnsl ADVERTISEMENT

My mobile number is [protected]. My service provider is BSNL. My area - Coimbatore Tamilnadu.

My problem is that I am getting frequently unwanted advertisement and promotional sms from service provider. It is very disturbing my other daily activities. So I would request you to arrange for stopping such messages as early as possible
