Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — since last six days my new broadband modem is not yet reseted

Old modem is burned out. So i purchased new broad band modem. And called the technician to set new one with my broad band connection. He came and tried to do some thing and told that he will check in the office for further. After that he never came back. Neither the internet connection. If i call him just gives irresponsible reply. Since last 5 days i am just complaining to one after another numbers. No proper responses. My number is[protected] dasharath, location is srirangapatna, karnataka mandya dist 571438
