Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — Slow internet connection and not resolving issue | |
Hi Sir I got a bsnl fiber net(100MB/sec) connection on 26 oct, 2020. They took 1 month to just setup the connection. After doing setup, they just went away. They didn't even checked the speed of internet. I raised a complaint on 29oct, 2020. I am also calling bsnl customer care daily to fix the issue but noone came yet. Each day they told me same things that "A person from bsnl will come in 24 hours to fix the issue." but noone is coming. It's been more than 20 days since i raised the complaint. Even i tweeting the same issue on Twitter also since 10th nov, 2020 but i am getting any reply. I am attaching screenshot of tweet and internet speed.
