Even after repeated complaints you are frequently deducting rs 30 for voicechat. If this not stopped immediately and refund the deducted amount i have to discontinue with bsnl service. This why private service providers flourishing instead of bsnl. As you all are not attending or not taking this as a serious matter.

You can block this but you all do not take the pain to do so. This is why govt sector are at losses. Customers are preferring private service providers

I am customer of BSNL, landline ph no [protected]...ACC NO: [protected]..In the name of D.MUNIRAJU, #7 Annaporna House Jaladrashini Layout Bangalore-560054, So I am requesting you to cancell my landline service on above ph no..because I am not in use and not at all required for me..And refund my deposit amount as soon as possible...
