I am Ratheesh Kumar S and I am having bsnl Mobile connection with no. [protected]. On 20.09.2016 RS. 49/- debitted from my balance stating that I Subscribed to FullSongs(56060) service but I haven't Subscribed any of service. But I let it go and unsubscribed the service by sending SMS STOP. Then again on 24.09.2016 they debitted Rs. 49/- with the same reason. Please return my money asap and never do this thing again to anyone. When I inquired about this with customer care they said it is a vap service and I may have accidentally clicked it on smart phone. I found that all the telecom companies are doing the same thing. they create this pop-up webpages and when customer touches they will activate some unwanted services without any confirmation or knowledge of customers. kajal They have no right to activate some plan with out customer consent. That's not the way of making money. FYI Money don't grow in trees we worked hard to earn it. So please make them stop this ill practice.
