Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — Surrendered my phone and modem but not received refund of Security deposit

I have surrendered my bsnl phone[protected] and modem on 8th Feb 2016. Its been 6 months but I am yet to receive the security deposit amount.

Name of Subscriber : Devjeet Achari
Connection : CSP/GG/NOR/08-09/0457
Broadband : CSP/BB/HA/08-09/0457

I have acknowledgement from bsnl which i have attached. Please help as its been 6 months and I still haven't received Security deposit whereas BSNL claims that it should be resolved in 60 days from disconnection. I have all receipts that shows I paid :
BB Modem Security Deposit :[protected] for Rs 500
BB Security Deposit : 30-11-08 for Rs 750
Phone security deposit : 23-10-08 for Rs 500
One Time Charge Rs 500 on[protected]when I transferred phone and broadband to new address)
