Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — surrendered phone in feb 2014 still generating bills and not paid the refund amount

We have surrendered our phone no. 2320633 in feb 2014 as we were shifting to the area where there is no bsnl netwrok. Also filled up the form to send the refund amount by visiting nearby office of bsnl. Still they are generating bills and calling for the payment. We have the application copy with us where local office people mentioned that connection disconnected.

Please do the appropriate action so that they should not disturb us anymore.
