I have surrendered my land line telephone no. [protected] connection wef 7.5.19 and requested for refund of security deposit etc but neither the connection is disconnected nor refunded security deposit etc rather i am getting telephone bills which are not payable after 7.5.2019. Requesting for early refund of security deposit.in this connection my complaints no. Hpr/co/2019/674 dt 7, 3, 19, hpr/co/2019/772 dt 15.3.19, hpr/co/2019/1276 dt 7.5.19, hpr/co/2019/1367 dt 18.5.19, written complaint dated 29.5.19 addressed to chief general manager bsnl shimla and written complaint dated 8.6.19 addressed ti general manager, bsnl dharamsala may be linked
