My landline is not working for last 5 months. I had raised a complaint in february - no body attended it. Later i figured out that it was marked as "resolved" in the status and i raised another complaint in march. Same thing - it was marked resolved and i raised another complaint on 29th july. I also contacted the ae and he assured me that this will be looked into. Till date nobody had contacted me or this is not resolved yet. Bsnl has been deducting money on my bills regularly (Its auto debit) and this is very frustrating and unfriendly behaviour from bsnl. My landline is[protected] and this is jp nagar 3rd phase area.
