Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — To refund money | |||||
Respected sir/madam I have already done online payment through bharat sanchar nigam limited tta and atom transaction reference no. Is 19269782. At that time transaction was completed but bsnl external exam site was closed. When i checked early in the morning then it showing that online payment page at bsnl external exam page. So i made payment about 1000 inr again with transaction refrence no. 19292853. Then it was showing the application has submitted successfully. But in end i made online payment two times and both times transaction was successful. So please refund me my 1000 inr which you have take extra fees. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have purchased bsnl sim 2 weeks back, but till now i hadn't received any message about the activation, i am only getting incoming calls but not able to call anyone. even when i dial 1507 they are saying that sim is acitivated and call 1503 and when i called 1503 it is saying that this facility is not available at the current moment.
