Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — Top up not credited as advertised

BSNL had recently advertised that for top up of value Rs.150/- full talk time will be available on all Sundays till end of May. Accordingly, I made on line top up on last Sunday (9th April 2017) for Rs.150/- for my mobile no. [protected] and I got talk time of only Rs.127/-. Will you please look into the matter and make sure to get the remaining talk time credited to my account?

Land line being no:[protected] which is regularly out of order and service was very poor.

I am bal krishna my telephone number is [protected], i want to disconnect land line and broadband connection of bsnl. I am giving application for disconnect of both facility of my phone on 23/03/2017 but both facility is not disconnect. So please help me.

My Bsnl no is [protected] we not used. Hungama plan I don't know how that was activitivated I did used nothing in this offer. please cancel my last month generated bill and till now Thank u sir
