Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — transaction failed in mnp sim

On 26th of december i port my sim from airtel to bsnl than yesterday after port it didn't show any balance validity message its show only unsuccessful message after i dial bsnl balance enquiry number and also transaction failed message occurred on using recharge option from my bsnl app and also bsnl customer care number is not connected kindly do needful and send my complaint to bsnl my bsnl number is [protected]

I had recharged my bsnl mobile recharge prepaid through ur portal the cash has been deducted from my account but I didn't receive recharge/refund yet so please help me out with it . Inditab never picks up the call please pick up the call so that customers can contact with u please do the helpful thank you

It’s been more than a month that alternate days I have been complaining about the phone dead situation. The people at Bsnl office are saying the problem is with DP and the supervisor is not ready to change. The problem is with Vadagaon belgaum Bsnl. This is the Bsnl manager number[protected].
