Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — Two times payment for the same Bsnl landline bill

I noticed that a two-time payment has been made
for the bsnl landline bill payment. In total, Rs.2232
has been paid from my account instead of the Rs. 1116
in my bill. For one of these payments, the bill is attached.
The other one is shown in my bank statement but I did only get a failure message in the bsnl website.
