[Resolved]  Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — Unable to port out of BSNL to alternate provider

Unable to send PORT SMS from registered BSNL number to generate UPC number. Any attempts to send PORT SMS to 1900 on registered BSNL number results in SMS send failure.

I can send SMS and make calls to any number but PORT SMS is not happening. I called BSNL helpline 1503 and after waiting for 40 minutes, the call automatically ended.

Need assistance to PORT out of BSNL as their service and customer service is appalling.

Updated by ameet_md Dec 07, 2020 There has been no revert from BSNL on this and porting request via SMS is still failing.
