[Resolved] Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — Unable to port out of BSNL to alternate provider | |
Unable to send PORT SMS from registered BSNL number to generate UPC number. Any attempts to send PORT SMS to 1900 on registered BSNL number results in SMS send failure. I can send SMS and make calls to any number but PORT SMS is not happening. I called BSNL helpline 1503 and after waiting for 40 minutes, the call automatically ended. Need assistance to PORT out of BSNL as their service and customer service is appalling.
