Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — Unable to recharge my prepaid mobile number

Since 2 months iam trying to reacharge my prepaid mobile number, but it's not recharge sucessfully. It's very important in these pandamic situation having outgoing mobile.
The number they describes in web 51505 SMS alaso not working, it's failed to send message...please reply as early.
