Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — Unable to send port sms
Hi ConsumerCourt, I had planned to port my BSNL prepaid number([protected]) to Another operator. Thus I sent PORT to 1900. (30july) Even after 5-6 messages I couldn't get UPC code till now. I talked to customer care & local bsnl Exchange executive they said they didn't know anything about this. Kindly resolve the problem as soon as possible. Regards Jai Was this information helpful?

Why would I need a 1 month plan if I've decided to port right away? I still have 2 months validity and sufficient balance to send regular SMS. CS explicitly claims BSNL wasn't notified of the new guidelines by TRAI. The watchdog should take a note of this and ensure strict implementation of it's regulations, else it'll be seen as a jokedog.
