I never asked www.bsnlhangama.com to subscribe hangama programs to be attached to my land line[protected] Since last three months, I am being forced to pay additional amounts ranging from Rs.240/- towards hangama services which I am not using at all last to bill . Last month after a marathon attempts I could succeed to connect toll free no.[protected] for deactivate the programs from my land line but no body peak up my phone.I therefore request you to deactivate the hangama programs from my land line to avoid additional burden on me and oblige.
