I have received a message from bt bsnlcg saying that they have deducted rs.7 for subscribing wallpaper. But i haven't subscribed any bsnl service. I want to end this unauthorised deduction of money, for this fake reason. It's pathetic to face such a bad customer service from bsnl. They are deducting money from my prepaid sim weekly now, without consent and even for a fake reason. I believe it's a pure case of fraud and i never expected something like this from a government company. I want to stop the subscribtion and to register a complaint against bsnl. Please take necessary actions as soon as possible.
