Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — Unauthorized charges

My phone number is[protected].
I have given a request for disconnection of services in feb 2017, at that time services were barred from bsnl due to non payment. I gave disconnection request on 3rd march they did not do anything and sent me bill for march. I submitted bill till feb have given disconnection request again in april still they are sending bills for no service. Please disconnect my phone and set me free from this liability

Our customer ID : [protected] and Bsnl Account No [protected], please register a complaint and cancel our Broad band connection immediatly. Its very slow and bill amount very high so we need to surrender permanently.
