I have been subscribed to bsnl hangama packages by bsnl without my concurrence and gone ahead to charge rs. 194/- and rs. 240/- respectively in the last two months (Refer bsnl invoices no [protected] dated 05/07/2016 and [protected] dated 06/08/2016 respectively). I state here that i have never ever used or logged-in to use this package. When customer care was contacted by me today (20/08/2016), i have been told that i have been subscribed for the package after speaking to my wife on my phone[protected] on 07/07/2016. This statement is totally incorrect. Whereas on 07/07/2016, it was told by them to use the trial package as promotional offer and thereafter within few days they will be giving me a call for confirmation of subscription. However, i never received any call thereafter, but started charging me as mentioned above without my concurrence against the ethics of customer services. It is reiterated that i have never ever logged in or used hangama packages.
Bsnlneed to be directed to refund the undue charges levied on me (Rs 194/- and rs 240/- ie, total rs 434/-), by adjusting it in my subsequent bsnl bill. Was this information helpful? |
