Dear sir,
I am using bsnl prepaid number last 9 yeas but i suffering out going call bars problem last 2 years. I visit to customer care office many time but they told me the sim card is active no problem from here, i recharge many time validity recharges rs 37 for 6 months but out going calls problem not resolve. I have given this number in any where the bsnl number is [protected].
Please resolve this problem.
